Start with our free 30–40 minute introductory session, held monthly, where you'll get an honest walkthrough of how it works plus 20 minutes of real guided meditation with your Medium. Ready for the full experience? Ready to step up? Join our fortnightly Meditation Class — 60 minutes and three complete guided meditations for $15. Both sessions are led by Michelle or Michael, using their personal spiritual guide to bring you a genuine, gentle introduction to spiritual meditation.
