Many people become parents without much thought about why they wish to have a child and how they will act as a parent. Conflicts arise quickly as a child begins to assert it's individuality and parents struggle to encourage them to become independent. Most default to a version of parenting copied from their own upbringing; often one of overly instructing the child with little focus on offering choices and understanding consequences.

At Evolve Spiritual I coach parents, prospective parents, step parents and even grandparents to be successful via a comprehensive parenting program which will support them throughout the stages of a child's life, from preconception all the way to adulthood.

Pre-conception coaching is an ideal opportunity for a couple to discuss how they think their lives will change, the experiences to come and the expectations each has for bringing up their child. I help support couples to build a shared approach to parenting, ready for a child to arrive!
