Once you’ve booked your FREE meditation class, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for your session. On the day of your class, simply click the link a few minutes before the start time, and it will automatically open in your internet browser—no need to download Zoom or create an account. If you're using a phone or tablet, you may be prompted to download the free Zoom app, but this is quick and easy. If you ever feel unsure, you can test the link beforehand to see how it works, giving you peace of mind before the session begins. Joining the session is as simple as clicking the link and following any on-screen prompts. If you’re asked to allow microphone or camera access, just tap "Allow" so you can fully participate. However, you don’t need to turn on your video unless you’re comfortable doing so—your experience is entirely your own. If you run into any issues, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
