What is Spiritual Counselling?

As Spiritual Counsellors we offer a different approach to traditional counsellors. Michelle

I love the opportunity to help people challenge the patterns which keep them feeling stuck. I can also help with grief and loss, feeling a lack of love and parenting difficulties. I understand the busyness of life as a woman, partner, mother, daughter and friend. And how managing a career, one's needs and the needs of others is such a balancing act.

I have a special interest in helping families to manage conflict and building resilience and independence in our children. My aim is to help my clients have greater happiness and fulfillment in their life!

Michael

I have a special interest in loss and grief, anxiety and depression. I also enjoy helping young adults making a transition to being in the workforce/study, in a relationship, and parenthood. They are distinct phases with very different challenges. Having lived these changes I know I can offer a perspective for those who need it.

What I want to do is bring you peace from your troubles so you can grow in your ability to be loving.
